How long until your order ships

Each product page shows a "ships in" estimate. It depends on how the piece is supplied:

• In stock: we ship from KAZEN.
• Ordered from the maker: after you order, we order the piece from the maker's studio, check it and pack it ourselves, then ship it.
• Made to order: the maker makes the piece after you order. The making time is shown on the product page.

Delivery after shipping

Delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method chosen at checkout. We email you a tracking number when your order ships.

If a piece is delayed or unavailable

If the maker is out of stock or the piece will ship later than estimated, we email you as soon as we know and explain your options.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside Japan, customs duties and import taxes of the destination country may apply. If they are shown at checkout, you pay them with your order. If not, the recipient pays them on delivery, together with any clearance fees charged by the carrier. Amounts depend on the country, the order value and the carrier.
